Custom Staffing is seeking experienced and mechanically inclined Press Operators to work on large presses in the back of the plant. These are critical roles that require reliability, skill, and a strong mechanical background.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:55 AM – 2:00 PM
- Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including weekends when required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating large metal stamping presses
- Monitoring production for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments
- Following strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
Requirements:
- Metal stamping press operation experience OR strong mechanical experience required
(Examples: professional experience working on vehicles or other mechanical equipment) - Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn complex processes
- Willingness to work overtime is non-negotiable
- Reliable with strong attendance
