1st Material Handler

Custom Staffing is looking for experienced Material Handlers to support production operations. We are seeking candidates with strong forklift skills and experience feeding production lines.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:55 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Friday – Sunday as needed

Pay Rate:

• Starting at $17.30+ per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating sit-down propane forklifts
• Feeding materials to production lines
• Moving and organizing materials throughout the facility
• Supporting production flow and maintaining efficiency

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of material handling experience preferred
• Experience feeding production lines strongly preferred (not just truck loading or racking)
• Forklift experience required (sit-down propane preferred)
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work overtime as needed
