Custom Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a company in Sidney This is a long-term temporary role covering a medical leave, with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 3:55 AM – 2:00 PM
• Overtime on Friday & Saturday (typically finished by noon)

Pay Rate:

• $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Lifting and moving parts onto and off of a conveyor chain
• Working in a team environment (often 2-person lifts required)
• Following safety procedures and maintaining productivity standards

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift parts with a partner
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
