Job Summary:
Custom Staffing is looking for reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join an established recycling facility in Anna, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role with a competitive starting wage in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to load, unload, move, and stack recycling materials.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials to maintain workflow.
• Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain an organized warehouse floor and ensure materials are labeled correctly.
• Adhere to all facility safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to work the full duration of the 2nd shift
• Physical Ability: Must be able to sit, stand, and lift as required by the role.
• Safety Mindset: Ability to navigate a busy facility safely around pedestrians and other machinery.
