Functions of position;
*Must be able to read a blue print and follow processing instructions to operate, and manufacture parts to production rates and quality standards
*Operate multiple Turning or Vertical Machining Centers – (CNC Machines) involving intricate tooling in a wide range of close tolerance application
*Change tooling as needed to assure proper part quality
*Perform first piece and in-process quality inspections on parts as required
*Maintain production rate as documented in the process instructions
Provide optimal quality of service to all customers – internal and external
Requirements;
*High School Diploma/GED
*2-5 Years experience on CNC lathe/mills
* Calipers, micrometers, optical comparator
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
* Frequent use of fingers, grasping, hearing, repetitive motions, speaking, standing , and lifting 45-70lbs

Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm
Starting pay is $17 hour based on experience
