Location: Findlay Area

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Position will eventually transition to 2nd shift hours, either:
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $20.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

We are currently seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced and well-organized warehouse team. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up forklifts to load and unload semi-trailers

  • Move and stage product efficiently, both independently and as part of a team

  • Complete shipping and receiving manifests as required by the customer or office

  • Perform equipment pre-trip inspections and report any issues

  • Maintain housekeeping standards within a food-grade warehouse environment

  • Assist with rework and physical handling of product when needed

  • Support overtime needs when business demands arise

Requirements

  • Recent stand-up forklift experience required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork

  • Ability to handle the physical demands of warehouse work

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to assist with overtime when requested
