Custom Staffing has partnered with a company in Wapakoneta, OH to offer the position of a General Labor Associate. This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday from 6:500am - 3:30pm with OT possible. The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour. 

This position will require you to run a baler and operate a scale. Other duties to be assigned as needed. 

Job Description:

• Baler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the baler equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations, performing cleanup tasks, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the operation. 
• Scale Operator is responsible for scaling drivers in and out and ensuring they sign the necessary paperwork.
