Custom Staffing is partnering with a Paper Products Manufacturer to add associates to their team in Groveport, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefit programs that are among the industry’s best.

Position: Feeder/Packer: 1st Shift
  • Starting Wages Begin At $17/Hour 
  •  Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift
  • Benefits Start on the 1st of The Month Following Your Hire Date with the Company
  • Current Hours:  Monday – Saturday
    • 1st Shift – 7am to 3pm / 7am to 7pm – Rotating Schedule
*IMPORTANT* Non-smoking/tobacco campus.

General Feeder/Packer Responsibilities: 
  • Arrive at the machine before shift starts.
  • Standing up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Lifting and stacking up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Feeding cartons into a folder gluer.
  • Making boxes, applying labels, and taping boxes.
  • Inspect cartons and pack them into a box.
  • Perform quality checks for excess glue on cartons, no glue, etc.
  • Notify the Operator/Lead of non-conforming products. Help with daily cleaning – sweeping, organizing, picking up cartons or other debris from the floor as needed and put them in the proper place.
