Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Paper Products Manufacturer to add a Part-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to their team in Marion, OH.
Position: HR Administrative Assistant
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: 2-3 days a week, Monday-Friday, 6 hours a day, up to 20 hours a week (Hours subject to change)
*IMPORTANT* Non-smoking/tobacco campus.
**Due to the nature of this position, the ideal candidate must possess a clean background**
Job Expectations
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

Provide administrative support to the HR department
Maintain personnel files, filing documents in personnel files
Assistance with recruiting, phone interviews, plant tours
Manage internal communications via paper postings, electronic postings, email, or text message
Assist with planning company events
Support other functions as assigned
Job Requirements
Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
Proficiency with technology and the ability to pick up new software quickly; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
Canva experience a plus
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm for working in a team environment
Excellent written/verbal communication and record-keeping skills
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
