Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Night Shift Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support night shift warehouse and yard operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers and internal teams and requires experience with shipping documentation, yard coordination, and forklift operation as needed. Key Responsibilities
Check drivers and loads in and out accurately and efficiently
Operate and navigate a Yard Management System (YMS)
Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and trailer seals
Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse staff, and leadership
Operate a forklift as needed to support yard or dock operations
Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements
Ability to drive a forklift and successfully complete required forklift testing
Experience using a Yard Management System (YMS)
Prior experience checking drivers and loads in/out
Familiarity with BOLs, packing lists, and trailer seal documentation
Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable sit-down forklift experience (as applicable)
Valid Driver’s License (current and in good standing)
RF scanner experience preferred
Pre-Employment Requirements
Must pass drug test and background check
THC is a disqualifier due to safety requirements, even though it is legal in Ohio
Background check must be cleared prior to start date
