Press Brake Operator

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. They operate on eight (8) hour shifts with a five (5) day work week. Weekends and overtime as needed.

Position: Press Brake Operator
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: Starting at $20+/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
Requirement: Minimum of 6 months experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and run machines to bend, form, and punch sheet metal to specific angles and shapes, reading blueprints, selecting tooling, programming the machine, performing quality checks, and doing routine maintenance.

Set up, operate, and maintain Computer Numerical Control machines to produce precise parts by reading blueprints, loading materials, entering program codes, monitoring operations, making adjustments, performing quality checks with measuring tools, and conducting routine maintenance and cleaning, ensuring output meets exact specifications while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience
• Must have experience with Press Brakes
• Must have experience with CNC Controls
