Location: Findlay, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:00pm
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr (Based on experience)
Overtime: Infrequent but possible
Flexibility: Must be able to help cover the other office when needed
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily office operations in a casual, fast-paced environment. This role includes entering inspection results, updating records, assisting customers and team members, and handling general office tasks.
Enter, track, and update data using Microsoft Office and internal software
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers
Answer phones, file documents, copy/scan, and support daily office needs
Respond to requests in a timely and accurate manner
Keep work area organized and follow company policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as needed
Must Have:
Strong communication skills (verbal, phone, and written)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow instructions
Comfort working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain strong customer service
Nice to Have:
Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime as needed
Prior office or administrative experience
