Temp to Hire QA/Admin Hybrid Technician position located in Sidney, Ohio!
Details:

No piercings, jewelry, nail polish or fake nails
Must wear hair net or beard net
Work continually in refrigerated environment 35° F– 45° F degrees
Experience in production, warehouse, food processing, manufacturing food production or food service warehouse environment.
Ability to use and navigate a tablet

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor quality control on food production line, ensures quality specifications are met, and ensures product meets specifications.
Must have Quality experience and experience with a computer as they will be performing admin task.
Perform required checks and measurements for specific products being made
Weigh bags, check temperatures, check product bags for overall quality including leaks, and ensure labels of correct information
Record quality control metrics on electronic tablet or other recording methods
Communicate to appropriate management when problems arise
Follow all Food Safety requirements and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Perform visual inspection of product to meet certain specification
Ensure conformance to company standards and customer specifications
Background in food manufacturing preferred not required.
