Warehouse Assistant Manager - 2nd Shift

Custom Staffing has partnered with a local company in Lima to add the role of Warehouse Assistant Manager. This is a Salary paid opportunity and is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detailed-orientated, and eager to grow within a stable and well-established company.

This is a 2nd shift position working 10-12 hour shifts. Must be available for weekends and overtime.

Job Summary

This position plays a key role in supporting the warehouse operations. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate will help support the daily operations of shipping and receiving of all materials, managing the dock and forklift technicians. Qualification is dependent of the individual’s experience and/or education.

Responsibilities:

• Managing shipping and receiving of all materials
• Managing warehouse employees
• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe and organized
• Administrative tasks as assigned
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, coach and build morale
• Organizational skills

Pay: Salary/ Based on experience
