Custom Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Marion, OH to add associates to their team. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a company offering some of the industry’s best compensation and benefits programs.

Shift: 1st, Monday-Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm, Friday – 6:30am – 3:00pm
Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr
Overtime: Available Fridays and Saturdays (must be available)

Seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join the team. Duties include heavy lifting, machine operation, forklift work, and assisting in production. Training is provided for machinery and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs

  • Operate or assist with machinery on the post line (training provided)

  • Assist with cutting materials using saws and tow motor machines

  • Band stacks and prepare finished products for shipment

  • Operate a forklift (training available if not certified)

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

  • Participate in hands-on training and instructional videos

Requirements:

  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs

  • Willingness to learn machinery and forklift operation

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work extended hours on Fridays

  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
     

    (Forklift experience preferred but not required)
