Forklift Operator & Rework – Glass Manufacturing Facility
Location: Bellefontaine, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm (overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Position Overview:
A glass manufacturing facility in Bellefontaine is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support daily production needs. This role combines forklift operation with rework of glass products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to transport glass and materials throughout the facility

• Load and unload trucks and move product to designated areas

• Supply lines and machines with materials in a timely manner

• Inspect, rework, and handle glass products to meet quality specifications

• Identify and correct minor defects or damages

• Follow all plant safety rules and maintain a clean work area

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Ability to handle rework tasks including inspection and safe handling of glass

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable with good communication skills
