NOW HIRING – Packer

Location: Bluffton, OH
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (mandatory overtime possible)

Position Overview

A frozen meat product facility in Bluffton, OH is seeking dependable Packers to join the production team. Packers are responsible for packaging, inspecting, and labeling frozen meat products while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and label frozen meat products according to specifications

• Inspect products for quality and report any issues or defects

• Work in cold/freezer environments while following food safety and PPE guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with sanitation standards

• Meet daily production and packing goals in a fast-paced environment

• Follow all company policies, safety rules, and procedures

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing, food production, or packing experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods

• Capable of standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift (up to 40–50 lbs as needed)

• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow directions

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required
