Custom Staffing has partnered with a local company to offer the position of Machine Filler Technician.
This position has a starting pay rate of $12.50 while in training. Once signed off you will go to $14.50.
The Filler Technician manages the production line to ensure a quality product is consistently produced from that Line. This includes instructing non-technical line workers to perform task properly (i.e. case/bottle/cap setters, palletizer, etc.), managing the line staff to perform their respective duties properly in order that each work station operates according to its procedure.

This includes instructing non-technical line workers to perform task properly (i.e. case/bottle/cap setters, palletizer, etc.), managing the line staff to perform their respective duties properly in order that each work station operates according to its procedure.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the line workers follow Quality
- GMP, Enzyme & Micro procedures
- Train Inspector to evaluate product per TAMU standards
- Verbally instruct & approve employees performing routine tasks at their assigned packing line.
- Use production schedule & spec sheet to ensure the correct product is used with correct containers.
- Weigh bottles according to procedure and record results in QW, collect & record product release data
- Ensure code-dating is done according to procedure.
- Ensure line clearance is conducted according to procedure and maintain packing line documentation according to procedure.
