Custom Staffing has partnered with a company in Marysville, Ohio to offer the position of Coordinator/Janitorial Supervisor. The starting payrate is $16.50 per hour. This is a split shift position, working 7:00am – 3:30pm three days a week, and 5:00pm – 2:00am the other two days of the week.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Overseeing shift operations required by location.
Working alongside crew members in daily tasks including but not limited to cleaning restrooms and maintenance around property.
Assisting in training new employees.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from jobsites
Great communication skills
A high school diploma/GED
Experience working alongside adults with disabilities
