General Laborer

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. They operate on 8 hour shifts. 5 day work week. Work weekends as needed for over-time.

OVER-TIME AVAILABLE!!! 

Pay is dependent on experience starting at $17+ per hour. 
Shift: 1st
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (overtime as needed)
Requirement: minimum of 1 year experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for Laser unloading, clean/prep parts, Assembly

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In:

• Using a hand grinder

• Operating a weld cleaner

• Cleaning parts and unloading materials from lasers

• Performing assembly tasks
