Qualifications:

• Other Skills and Abilities: Safety procedures and equipment, Basic principles of hot stamping, Proper operation of hot stamp press, Dispatch list, Die and fixture storage system, Part defects associated with hot stamping, Inventory adjustments, purpose and how to complete, Proper usage of rivet gun, drill, router, clip/snap machine, Part and version identification, Material identification, Able to read options and pre-engineered options, Rudimentary blueprint reading, basic plastic welding, Computer operating system, Able to understand and interpret customer shipping orders.

Responsibilities:

• Summary: To set-up all secondary/value added operations for both the production department, and the value added department, and or perform those same operations to newly molded parts, existing parts, or purchased parts and components.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Operating hand welding gun.
2. Finished welding. 3. Hot plate welding. 4. Set up equipment in value added department
5. Welding, routing, saws, and CNC programming
6. Operate all machines and apply options
