Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add associates to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. General Labor (Forklift preferred, not required)

• Shift: 3rd Shift:  
  Sunday-Wednesday night 8:00pm – 6:30am, Thursday night – 10:00pm – 6:30am
  Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr. 
  Must be available to work overtime (Friday/Saturday)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves heavy lifting, machine operation, and forklift work. Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical labor and are willing to train on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs

• Operate or assist in operating machinery on the post line (training provided)

• Assist with cutting materials using a saw and running the tow motor machine

• Band stacks and prepare finished product for shipment

• Operate a forklift (training available if not certified)

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Participate in training via instructional video and hands-on demonstrations

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

• Willingness to learn machine operation and forklift use

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work extended hours on Fridays

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
