Temp to Hire Foundry position located in Russia, Ohio!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing molds from castings (shake-out), ensuring the molds are properly cleaned, and pouring molten aluminum into molds with precision and safety. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hot and physically demanding environment.

• 1st shift 6:30am-3:30pm
• $21.00/hr.
• 8 week hire on

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding machines to finish and smooth metal castings.
• Inspect castings for defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment.

Benefits (after hired on):

• $.50 every 4 weeks upon hire. Top payrate varies by position.
