Assembly Worker

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add associates to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. They operate on 8 hour shifts. 5 day work week with 2 consecutive days off. Custom Staffing Benefits: weekly pay (flexible pay options) and medical insurance.

Position Details:

• Starting Pay: $12.00/hr with potential to increase to $20.19/hr within 6 months
• Shift: 2nd Shift, M -F with hours ranging from 2:00PM to 10:30 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-minute lunch)
• Training 1st shift M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

• Operate machinery and perform tasks in the assembly department to produce finished products as per customer orders.
• Follow each machine’s operational process to ensure efficient production.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to safety protocols.
• Accept guidance from peers and supervisors while being open to asking for help when needed.
• Detect and report any issues or malfunctions observed during operation.
• Operate, oversee, and unload various machines in the production process.
