Press Brake Operator

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. They operate on 8 hour shifts. 5 day work week. Work weekends as needed for over-time.

Pay is dependent on experience starting at $18+ per hour. 
Shift: 1st
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (overtime as needed)
Requirement: minimum of 1 year experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of CNC press controls and press equipment to manufacture company inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Bystronic Xpert Pro, Bystronic Xpert 275, and Bystronic Xpert 88. This position requires a commitment to precision and quality, as well as the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate and monitor CNC press equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot press equipment as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
