Assembly Worker

Custom Staffing is looking for motivated individuals for an assembly position with an established manufacturer in the Marion, OH area. This position's starting pay is $12.00/hr with potential to raise to $20.19/hr within 6 months. 1st shift, 5:00am - 1:30pm

Job Description: Operate machinery and performs other functions in the assembly department to produce finished products ordered by customers. Operate machinery and perform the skills needed according to each machine’s operation process. Need to be detail oriented and safety conscious. Must be will to accept guidance from peers and supervisors. Must be willing to ask for help when needed. Must be able to detect and report any issues observed. Will operate, oversee and unload various machines.
