1st Shift Depalletizer Operator

Custom Staffing has a 1st shift position open for a company in Rockford, OH. The pay is $15.75 working the hours 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday.

The responsibilities for Depalletizer Operator are to safely and efficiently operate the Depalletizer machine to ensure maximum efficiency and output, inspect empty bottles for defects and depalletize empty bottles to keep the filler supplied with bottles.

Primary Duties & Essential Functions
 

• Must be able to read production schedule and compare pallet tag to production schedule to identify and verify using correct bottles
• Visual inspection of product to verify correct bottles for production
• Communicate with Depal Drivers to ensure correct and damage free bottles are being used
• Troubleshoot depalletizer machine to maintain production and maneuver pallets on infeed conveyor as pallets are loaded
• Must be able to help fix collapsed pallets and pick up bottles from collapsed pallets and recycle as needed
• Must be able to identify bottles that do not meet quality standards and be able to report findings to Quality Assurance – delaminated, crushed, etc.
• Keep a steady supply of bottles on the line at all times.
• Hand load bottles that have fallen into the tubs/troughs.
