Customer Service Agent

Custom Staffing has partnered with a local Insurance Company. We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for their Lima office working 1st shift, 8am - 5pm. 

Starting pay is $15 depending upon experience and after getting licensed, they will give you a $0.50 per hour pay raise. 

Job Description

• Take numerous phone calls or receive texts from insureds
• Take care of customers in the office
• Document activities done on each customer
• Work on renewal lists in a timely manner
• Work with an agent on their book of business with whatever they need help with
• Quote new policies and make changes.to existing policies

Job Requirements

• Team player
• Ability to be on the phone throughout the day
• Multitasker
• Friendly
• Be able to build rapport with customers
• Good computer skills
• Data entry skills

Ability to get their insurance license within 3 months (we pay for, but there is a 2 year commitment to Webb Ins or they have to pay the amount back)
Ability to make changes in company websites, follow instructions and rules and take feedback as presented

Be okay with not getting everything done daily…you may think you are coming in to do XYZ, but end up doing ABC.
