1st Production Support

The responsibilities for Production Support 1 are to be knowledgeable in the operation of all equipment and machinery within the production lines. Employee will help to cover employee breaks, vacations, and other missing shifts.  Must be knowledgeable in most positions within the manufacturing facility.

Primary Duties & Essential Functions
 

• Must have knowledge of all machine operations and job functions on lines in operation during their shift and be able to go through all training checklists for every position of the lines in operation during their shift and be signed off
• Must be able to read production schedule and BOM and pull-out pertinent information to identify and verify using correct ingredients and materials on the lines of production during their shift. Able to identify and verify using correct ingredients, bottles, recipe, caps, labels, corrugate, and pallet tags throughout shift
• Must have the ability to operate forklift and RF scanners to effectively fill in for all positions and spots as needed
• Must be able to plug tapioca in
• Must be able to help the cook with ingredients for various recipes, must be able to operate vinegar, tapioca, and jalapeno pumps
• Must be able to operate baler and bale cardboard as needed
• Other duties as assigned
