Custom Staffing is seeking a Union Utility Worker for a local company in Tipp City, OH.
2nd shift 3:00p-1:30am, $17.21/hour. Temp to hire position, must have great work ethic and be okay with working in a Union. You cannot wear contacts due to dealing with adhesives.
***They are working 7 days a week most weeks until January 2025***
Responsibilities
• Follow Quality Policy, “Continued Improvement in SQDCM” (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale)
• Comply too company policies and procedures and continuous improvement activities for the QMS.
• Work safely and use proper PPE, notify Group Leader, Supervisor, or maintenance of any safety issues
• Produce Quality product by following appropriate mfg. methods and Inspections
• You will be cross trained, not staying in one area.
