Custom Staffing is partnering with a Columbus, OH leader in the Manufacturing of driveway, roofing, foundation and other specialty coatings. We are looking for their next leader to develop and grow. This role would provide support to several departments and supervise a team of operators. The role would begin between $17 and $20 depending on experience/ This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with room for a raise upon hire. 

Department Support: 

• Mix Operations 
• Quality Control 
• Production 

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn 
• Positive Team Oriented Attitude 
• Previous Supervisor experience 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
