Fiberglass Production Technician

Custom Staffing has partnered with a local company in Wapakoneta, OH to seek a General Labor in their Fiberglass division. 

This position pays $16/hour with the hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.  



Skills and Requirements: 

• Will take entry level.  
• Good attendance
• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Basic Math Skills & Ability to read a Tape Measure

Job Description

• Prep mold to be used for part making process - Wax Molds
• Cut fiberglass to specified size on pattern for a particular part. 
• Spray chopped fiberglass, resins and catalysts onto prepared molds using a pneumatic spray gun. 
• Quality Control - checking parts by measuring devices or thickness gage.
