Millwright Duties:
Install, assemble, align, and maintain a wide variety of mechanical equipment including grain elevators, conveyors, augers, motors, and processing systems.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely, effective repairs.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Read and interpret technical blueprints, layout plans, and equipment manuals.
Use precision tools to ensure proper alignment and tolerances of rotating and moving parts.
Work at various heights and in outdoor environments as needed.
Assist in shutdowns, upgrades, and seasonal transitions of grain-handling systems.
Welding & Fabrication Duties:
