In this role, you will protect product integrity by identifying quality issues, developing inspection plans, and acting as the primary quality liaison for our engineering teams. Inspection Planning: Develop detailed inspection plans, create special instructions, and perform comprehensive First Article Inspections on new products.  Advanced Equipment Operation: Program and operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and industrial X-Ray machines to verify product integrity. Documentation: Meticulously maintain quality control records and inspection data.  Skills & Abilities Experience: Minimum of 12 months of assembly experience in a similar manufacturing inspection role. Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Certifications: Must become a certified specialist in IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 upon the completion of provided training. Health Requirement: Must take and pass an annual eye examination. Directability: Ability to follow structured technical direction and complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor.  Qualifications & Traits Work Ethic: A documented history of excellent attendance, quality workmanship, and a strong sense of urgency. Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment with a willingness to do what is required to get the job done.
