Custom Staffing is pleased to partner with a respected manufacturing company in Marion, Ohio, to recruit an experienced Press Brake Operator.
Position: Press Brake Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with overtime and weekend work as needed
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Direct hire

Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up, program, operate, and maintain press brake and CNC equipment to manufacture precision sheet-metal components. Interpret blueprints, select appropriate tooling, load materials, enter program codes, monitor production, and make necessary adjustments. Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments, perform routine cleaning and maintenance, and consistently adhere to quality and safety standards.
