NOW HIRING – 1st Shift Manufacturing Positions

Location: Pandora Area
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $18.05/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required, including some Saturdays

We are currently seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for multiple 1st shift manufacturing opportunities. Openings are available in both Machine Operation/Fabrication and the Paint Department.

These positions offer a consistent weekday schedule, competitive starting pay, and the opportunity for long-term employment.

Machine Operator / Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

• Load steel sheets onto cutting and fabrication equipment

• Maneuver and position steel to ensure accurate processing

• Operate and monitor machinery throughout the cutting process

• Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Handle and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.

• Follow production specifications and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Paint Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Hang parts onto a moving paint line

• Remove painted parts from the line after processing

• Operate a spray gun inside a paint booth

• Inspect finished parts for quality

• Stack and prepare completed parts for shipping

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or production experience is preferred but not required

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
