Location: Urbana, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday | Must be available for overtime)
Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, trainable, and focused Assembler to join our production team in Urbana, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling grinding wheel dressers and packaging them securely for shipment. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule and is an excellent fit for a self-motivated individual who works well independently, values strong attendance, and takes pride in a professional workspace. 

Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Assemble grinding wheel dressers according to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Packaging & Shipping: Package completed products securely, ensuring they are labeled correctly and ready for distribution.
• Independent Workflow: Manage daily assembly tasks and maintain steady productivity with minimal supervision.
• Quality & Order: Keep your personal workstation organized, clean, and stocked with necessary parts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Ethic: Highly trainable with a strong willingness to learn production processes and follow instructions.
• Reliability: Excellent, consistent attendance and dependable transportation to and from the facility are required.
• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime (OT) hours as production demands require.
• Professionalism: Must maintain a clean and neat appearance, including good personal hygiene and grooming.
