Assembler

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Padlock Manufacturer to add an experienced Assembler to their team in Prospect, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Shackle Assembler:

• Pay: $17.02/hr
• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm (Hours may differ)

Shackle Assembler Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for working with small parts
• Responsible for keying new locks
• Reading work orders
• Identifying and gathering correct shackles
• Making pad locks
• Checking set up of machine; if unsure, ask Trainer or Supervisor for assistance
• Using a foot pedal
• Inspecting the padlock

Requirements:

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
