Temp to Hire Maintenance Worker position located in Piqua, Ohio!
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing and hydraulic issues; perform repairs or coordinate with specialists when needed.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery or equipment modifications based on production needs
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize production downtime.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC experience in an industrial or commercial setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hired on Benefits:

- $28.00-$32.00/hr.
- Good work history and strong understanding of mechanical equipment if they have any experience with HVAC & plumbing that would be a big plus
- 520 hour hire on
