Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Abilities: Must be able to read and interpret electrical prints and operate welding/fabrication equipment.
- Equipment Reliability: Perform visual inspections and execute all required preventative maintenance routines and documentation.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions by monitoring machine sounds and collaborating with the production team to solve custom requirements.
- Repair & Installation: Dismantle defective machinery to install new parts; clean and lubricate gears, shafts, and bearings.
- Systems Maintenance: Maintain pipe systems, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, and electrical apparatus such as transformers and wiring.
- Facility Care: Repair and modify the physical structure of the building, including wooden structures and metal fabrication using cutting torches or welding tools.
