Temp to Hire Welder Fabricator position located in Minster, Ohio!
Fabricating beams, channel, tubing and pipe; dealing with cut or uncut material. If uncut, they will use the print and cut sheet to find the length, lay it out and torch cut it. Each print has the parts ,IE. Plate ,clips, listed that will weld to each respective piece. Employee will go to the iron worker staging area and find those parts. Bring them back to their work area, layout, tack, have QA check it, and if ok, they will proceed to welding. Perspective employees need to be (AT LEAST) an entry level welder, most welding we do is 1/16” fluxcored wire.
- 1st shift 6:00am-3:30pm
- $20.00/hr.-$22.00/hr.
- 520 hour hire on

- Must have previous Fabrication/Weld experience, at least 1 year and somewhat recent.
- Must know how to read blueprints
- Follow operator instructions for process
- Other duties as required by business needs
