Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Bellefontaine, OH
Schedule: 3rd Shift – Sunday Night through Thursday Night, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Position Summary:
The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment and performing duties on various production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality glass product output. This role adheres to safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting the goals of the production team.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment per SOPs to meet production goals

Inspect and ensure product quality; report and correct defects

Maintain 5S standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Follow safety and environmental protocols

Assist with coverage of team vacancies and shifts as needed

Complete documentation and support audits and reporting requirements

Support training initiatives and participate in cross-functional activities

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience: Minimum 3–6 months of manufacturing experience; 1 year preferred

Skills:

Basic reading and comprehension of instructions/specs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and safety

Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, lift 10–35 lbs repeatedly, and work on feet for 8–12 hours

Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and dusty environments

Must have vision clarity, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity
