Baler Associate

Custom Staffing has partnered with a company in Wapakoneta, OH to offer the position of Baler Associate. This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm with OT possible. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. 

Job Description:

• Baler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the baler equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations, performing cleanup tasks, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the operation.
