Custom Staffing is partnering with a local company to add an associate to their Team. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. They operate on 8-hour shifts and a five (5) day work week. May require weekends as needed for overtime.

Job Description:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Safely and efficiently operating Bobcat machinery for tasks
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries, including wearing safety gear and being mindful of surroundings.
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Identifying any mechanical issues with the machinery and either fixing them on-site or reporting them to maintenance teams for repairs
Requirements:
- 3+ Years experience on a Bobcat
- Experience/Familiarity with Industrial Manufacturing Equipment
- General Maintenance and Repair Background
- Reliability
- Production Minded
- Ability to work well with a small team
- Forklift, Loader, or other Heavy Equipment is a plus
