Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $21.23/hour

A well-established manufacturing facility in Pandora, OH, is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our 3rd shift team. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Position Overview:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds to exact specifications, performing accurate measurements, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will work closely with other production team members to meet daily and weekly production goals while ensuring all work meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to blueprints and job specifications

• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances

• Pass all pre-employment measurement and weld tests prior to hire

• Operate and maintain welding equipment in safe working order

• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements

• Must pass measurement and weld tests prior to hire

• Steel-toe boots required

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
