Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shift: 2nd | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

About the Role

A local recycling facility in Marion is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain mobile cranes used for material handling in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes to load, unload, and move scrap metal and other recyclable materials

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in proper working order

• Safely maneuver cranes in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards

• Coordinate with ground crews and other operators to complete tasks efficiently

• Monitor equipment performance and report issues or needed repairs

• Assist with general yard duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating mobile cranes (scrap/recycling industry experience preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• High school diploma or GED required

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• $22.00/hour

• Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed
